Outreach Series
Geoscience Canada has a long-running Outreach Series, and we are strong believers in the
importance of engaging and educating the public. We encourage submissions on all kinds of activities
that link the Earth Sciences and society. Outreach papers vary enormously in their structure, but they have one thing in common. They provide a way for ideas about outreach activities to be communicated and shared - if these initiatives are emulated somewhere else, so much the better.
Enquiries about Outreach Series submissions should be directed to the Scientific Editor, who will
contact one of our regional editors across Canada to handle the paper.
